At Vonnea, we want you to love your piece. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Free from damage, perfume, lotion, or signs of wear
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Vonnea is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damages and Issues

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

  • Items sent back without first requesting a return

Exchanges

At this time, the fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
